Golden amber with great brilliance and purity, reflecting its mature and rich heritage.

Nose:
The first nose is both fine and expressive, typical of Borderies, with a soothing evocative sensation of infusions ( chamomile, marjoram, peppermint) and sweet notes of acacia honey and fruit jelly. When the cognac is swirled in the glass, it evolves towards a perfect balance between fruit, a hint of oolong tea, and the richness and power of cedarwood. 

Palate:
After a fresh, delicate attack, this cognac reveals notes of dried fruit ( date, fig, apricot) and soft spices ( tonka bean, green cardamom), providing power, structure, and character.
