Unveiled in broad daylight
A family history founded in the 90s by Jean
Grosperrin, now run by his son Guilhem,
accompanied by his sister Axelle, Grosperrin embodies
the very essence of the art of cognac, highlighting the
profession of cognac breeder and breeder as it is
practiced in the 19th century
century.
A RIGOROUS ARTISAN APPROACH
The expression of Grosperrin cognacs lies in the “unadulterated testimony of Charente heritage”.
Guilhem Grosperrin, cognac artisan, travels the lands
Charentaises from year to year and is enriched with discoveries and
of exceptional encounters, particularly of legacies
confidential family and inheritance matters. The preservation
traditional know-how is cultivated through these relationships
loyal and privileged who capture the uniqueness of each cognac
vintage and exceptional lot.
CULTIVATING CRAFTSMANSHIP INTO ART
Aged and meticulously blended in a 19th century cellar
century, rehabilitated, on the quays of the Charente, in Saintes, the
Grosperrin cognacs are works of art made in the
respect for their history to better reveal it. Each batch
is the living testimony of a plot, of a terroir, of a
barrel, of a story and of a family.
27 YEARS OLD, A PRIVATE VINTAGE
This vintage cognac comes from the private stocks of a
sworn broker, who had the opportunity to buy
this lot consisting of around ten barrels. This Good Wood, of 27
years old, came under state control shortly
after its distillation, where it spent most of its
aging, until Grosperrin bought it there
a few years.
