Delamain Single Vineyard Domaine La Rambaudie Cognac
An Ode to Terroir and Time
The Delamain Single Vineyard Domaine La Rambaudie Cognac is a testament to the Maison's dedication to capturing the purest expression of Grande Champagne's Premier Cru. Sourced exclusively from the 21-hectare Domaine La Rambaudie vineyard in Malaville, this cognac embodies the unique character of its terroir. Distilled in a small 25-hectolitre copper still, the eaux-de-vie undergo a slow distillation process to preserve their richly fruity notes. Aged in 350-liter seasoned French oak barrels from the Tronçais forest, the cognac matures gracefully in Delamain's historic 13th-century vaulted cellar, benefiting from optimal conditions of light, temperature, and humidity.
