Founded in 1837, Château Montifaud is a family-owned estate nestled in the heart of the Cognac region, where tradition and savoir-faire are passed down from generation to generation. For over 150 years, six generations of the Vallet family have crafted exceptional cognacs, combining respect for heritage with a constant pursuit of quality.

Situated in the prestigious Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne crus, the estate benefits from some of the finest terroirs in the appellation. These chalky soils, coupled with meticulous vineyard management, yield eaux-de-vie of remarkable finesse, floral complexity, and long aging potential.

From vine to bottle, every step of the production process is carried out on the estate: cultivation of the vines, traditional double distillation in copper stills, and patient maturation in French oak barrels. This hands-on approach ensures the authenticity and distinctive character that Château Montifaud is renowned for.
